TERMS OF SERVICE
When you purchase artwork or a character from me you must agree to my terms of service
Commissions
Payment
*I only accept payment upfront or payment plans for prices over 100€*If we agree on a payment plan I must receive at least 50% upfront and I won't finish the artwork until the payment is finished(I will still work on it and send updates/work in progress pictures (WIPs),i just won't finish it until I receive the full amount)*If you choose to do the payment upfront you must pay before I start working on it*I will not do refunds after the artwork is complete*I accept payment through PayPal and Ko-fi
Ordering/Communication
*You can contact me on discord,instagram,twitter or telegram*Feel free to ask for updates on your commission*I will send WIPs of the lineart+coloring,shading and background*You can request changes but after you have approved a step of the process I will not change it unless it is a mistake I made*If you have anything you would like in specific please let me know before I start working on the artwork*I can take up to 2 months to do your commission,you'll be updated if there's any delays but you can request a refund if i haven't started it under that time frame
Character designs
*After I accept your offer on a adopt you have 48h to reply and pay, if I don't get a reply I will accept someone else's offer*You can change the design and draw over the original image of the character, I just ask for credit*I only accept payment through PayPal(Payment rules for commissions are the same as here)*I can't control the character after it's been sold but I'd prefer if you didn't resell the character for more than you got unless they have extra art
Information about use
*You can not use my art for profit*I reserve all the rights to my work*When it comes to character designs,i can allow them to be used for profit (like selling pins,stickers,etc..) as long as there is proper credit given for the design and the art being used isn't made by me*I do not allow my art to be turned into NFTs or AI*If you repost my art you must give me credits
Important
*I have the right to refuse to do a commission for any reason*I will not draw anything that involves zoophilia,pedophilia or incest*I will not draw anything hateful that promotes racism, homophobia, transphobia, ableism, etc*I will not draw extreme gore and fetish content*If you ghost me after contacting me to buy a commission or an adopt you will be blocked*If you fail to obey to what is written on my TOS I will block you and you will be forbidden from purchasing anything from me*If there's any questions about my TOS I am happy to hear them and answer them!
